Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell, D-Theresa, appeared before members of the Jefferson/Lewis County SCOPE chapter Monday night at the Watertown Sportsman's Club. She shared her views on the Second Amendment and firearms' legislation during a forum that also featured candidates running in a September primary to run on the GOP line in the November race for the 116th Assembly District seat held by Assemblywoman Russell.
